Tensile Strength of ArmaCoil Insert Assemblies

Of major importance to the Design Engineer are exclusive charts showing the strength values of ArmaCoil Insert Assemblies. These Charts are available in most METRIC sizes from M2.2 to M24 and UNIFIED sizes from 2-56 to 1"-14. The chart provides all the data necessary to the Designer to establish the following:

- Tensile Strength of the Insert Assembly Minimum length of Thread Engagement Shear strengths of various bolt grades.

- The graphs are easy to use and provide the flexibility of Insert size and length selection.

- Available upon request from our Technical Department.

WARNING:

For extremely severe service involving contact with acids, alkalies or sea water, Stainless Steel Inserts are not recommended.
