Böllhoff buys APC from Caparo Engineering

Böllhoff Verbindungstechnik GmbH has acquired the entire shareholding of Kingston-upon-Hull based Armstrong Precision Components (APC) from Caparo Engineering in a deal announced on the 26th February 2010. “Joining Together” gives the two companies a unique position in the wire thread insert business, combining the strengths’ and technical expertise of both companies, to provide one of the widest range of insert solutions and technical accreditations in the World.
